New Customer Propane Supply Agreement

Below are a few general things to know, but please give us a call and we will answer all your questions and get you set up right.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE SERVICE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND WANT TO SWITCH:

If you own your propane tank: Complete our New Customer Forms and we will schedule you for your first delivery. The first delivery to your home, we will complete a system safety and pressure test check to ensure there are no gas leaks. We do not charge for this service the first time to new customers.

If you have another company’s rental tank: Decide if you want to lease or purchase a tank, then complete our New Customer Forms and use your current propane down to 5-10%. At that time, give us a call to schedule the tank switch out. Someone will need to be available at the residence, and as long as there is good access, we will move the other tank out of the way and put ours in place. After we complete a passing system safety and pressure test, we will hook you up for service.

IF YOU HAVE NEW CONSTRUCTION WITH PROPANE NEEDS:

Contact us after proper permitting has been signed off and we will schedule you for a tank set. Decide if you want to lease or purchase a tank then complete our New Customer Forms and contact us to schedule the tank set. Someone will need to be available at the residence as we will complete a system safety and pressure test and hook you up for service.
